Founded in January 1999 in Sunnyvale, California, QEDSoft's goal is to offer new and innovative solutions to the specific problems of Internet and Wireless Multimedia. In particular QEDSoft's focus is to enable the creation and delivery of rich media content to a multi-platform environment of web, including PC and Mac, PDAs, game consoles and wireless devices.

    As part of that goal the company developed the QEDStream technology and product line to enable the display of real time, full screen 3D animation on Web enabled devices, PDA and Wireless devices. Thanks to its opened architecture, the technology is very adaptive and can be used on a multitude of bandwidths and hardware devices. The first line of products focuses on the PCs, game consoles and PDAs. Support for standard wireless devices is under development (demos available).

    To assure the acceptance and validation of its technology and products, QEDSoft is working with some of the leading entertainment and multi-media companies in the world.
